Judging by his AREEA involvement (as President) he will deliver for NAG and its shareholders
I'd say he will deliver a PASS contract, a JORC, a toll mill, a gold/antimony mine, a HLP bio leach project and a sand mining project to start with.

Should keep him busy and a person of this calibre would not have come to NAG if he didn't see this potential

President

Formerly Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Broadspectrum, a company comprising around 14,000 people. Upon acquisition by Ventia, Tom was appointed Executive Director through transition and continues in an advisory capacity.

Previously Tom was Group Vice President of Jacob’s North American Upstream and Midstream business in Canada, managing 7,000 employees.

His senior leadership experience includes Managing Director, Aker Solutions in Australia, and Director of Operations, Fluor Corporation.

Tom’s depth of experience globally includes working in engineering, construction and maintenance enterprises across the manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, food, and chemical industries. His expertise includes leading enterprises underpinned by sustainable and strategic decision-making, acute tactical planning and implementation, while influencing brand marketing and building strong customer relationships.

He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), a Master of Business Administration, and from 2010 to 2013 he was recognised as one of the top 100 engineers in Australia by Engineers Australia.
Tom also is an Associate for Melbourne Business School and mentor for executive students at QUT.
