Unless LKE are seeking to amend the agreements with Lilac, and off-takers, the Conditions Precedent remain.
Conditions Precedent includes (but not limited to), all Permitting (including an APPROVED ESIA).
It makes sense, that it would also include a contract for a Grid Power source, but LKE are very silent on that matter.
