It is very common that start up mines under estimate how much capital is required to get into production .
Saying they had received first revenue does not go close to telling the Market what was their cash burn and how close they were to being cashflow positive . Half expecting this to happen but saying everything was on track and within budget does not seem to have been strictly correct .
Some in the market had either some insight into what was likely or had heard a whisper or two . Look forward to how they spin this .
Hope the dilution is not too big and the price is not a large discount and there are not freebee options connected to the deal .
