normally I would agree with you but Bolin have enlisted King & Wood Mallesons who are the number 1 firm in Australia. kWM represent Telstra, CSL, etc. I know someone who works there and they told me that KWM simply do not take on cases like this if they were going to lose. KWM would not take this case in if they didn't have absolute supreme confidence they will win. this is going to get ugly.
