And even then, what would they be taking over? Are CRH interested in the Middle East? Australia? Eastern Europe? Do they have engineers and out of the box thinkers who can just pick up from the Pivacs and continue on?
A takeover would actually cost them potential earnings vs taking a sizeable stake and having exclusive rights in the US.
A takeover before this starts generating real revenue makes little sense to anybody and a takeover after it is generating real revenue would be extremely expensive.
