The argument doesn't stack up.
PLL has already sold out. If they already know the outcome of the review, then this would also imply that SYA is also aware and has not released the information to the market. I highly doubt this is true.
Also, PLL has no representation on the SYA BOD and therefore not bound by any SYA trading policy. You're wasting your time thinking the ASX cares about whether or not a JV partner sold their stake in a lithium miner.
