If IGO wants to sell its TLEA investment at the bottom of the cycle, its other partner ALB will gladly buy it. They were interested in buying at a higher value than now when IGO picked it up, but Tianqi structured the deal in a way that wouldn't trigger the first right of refusal clause in the contract with ALB.
