Its is promising because the level of ownership is telling - just under 20% is no accident Nero have global reach and may shop the asset around , They may wait until a bit more drilling is done to further grow reserves, but either way the Tin asset has come back to life. I don't think Stellar long term is the natural owner of this asset, I think MLX is but its grade is such that it may be of interest to a mid cap resource company, here or abroad. I think Nero will make sure value is realised , and of course they benefit in the interim
To me at least its very obvious what they are doing - and the outcome either growth of reserve or sale will realise a substantial premium. The options strike of 1.5c also incentivize an ultimate SP of 1.5c plus
