There is some doubt about whether federal government approval for the CSG industry will happen, but when you look at the way the industry is developing, you would think it is hard for the government to deny its imminent inception!!
One would think it to be contradictory to knock back its development after foreign takeover approval was given for the buyout of Arrow.
