Fact: 88e are paying for 2D not 3D when Alaska has already shown them the dusters as a result of 2D.

Fact: Salaries for management is grossly excessive

Fact: The board always does at least one or more CR's each year and management always benefits

Fact: wash and repeat - They are following the model used for Alaska.

Fact: Hickory was drilled down over 5 zones, but we are flow testing only 2. Why are we not testing our largest reservoir (the deepest) when we drilled it. Don't say because of PANR results, because it's downdip and DMAX is a known issue!

We're not nay sayers Policeman Bill were fed up shareholders who have been screwed by 88e again and again:
Fact: share price has fallen every year since Merlin

Fact: Since Merlin2 this board has added another 13 billion shares

Fact: 88e are now talking consolidation (25 billion shares)

Fact: after this flow test 88e will be low on funds. New CR likely or a fire sale farmout of assets.
