He's a shite CEO. His legacy is one train wreck of a company after another - AJM, 1MC and SYA. And let's not forget he gets paid handsomely for this path of demolition via excessive remuneration and freebie shares. How anyone can support or justify this BOD is beyond me. As I said, if shareholders want things to change for the better, get rid of them! All IMO.
