It boggles me that you think its all that simple.

So ok what are your up and coming estimated logistics costs for the next 3months, 6 months and year? What is a reasonable estimate? Have you factored in a reasonable hedge incase its higher? If so what is it?
An you cant say oh its fixed price, what happens when insurance premiums and frieght go up from being stuck at port for example.
So you have a safety net increase that happens? On top of this, what is the exchange rates likely to do? An in the event we really need money how are going to get it debt/equity? Who have you approach to discuss this with to ensure its available. What are the overheads for 3 months, 6months a year. After all it could be 1,2 or even 3 years before a market turn around. Have you factored in anyone potentially leaving? Or what if NAL operating machinery breaks down.

I think you are significantly underestimating the work involved.

Have you done any work in cost accounting or budget forecasting before? I did at uni and it certainly isnt a 2 week thing on these sized projects.

Also what if our JV partner comes to us hat in hand in 3 months? A lot of thought goes into it. Please dont make it as simple as a coin toss cause its not.
