Hello Heliport, not sure if you have read this correctly. It looks like this relates to performance shares that were already voted through and supported by shareholders.

I’m always happy to see directors remunerated through shares rather than cash payments. Looks like the previous cosec made an error and didn’t issue them in the required time. This vote is essentially to ratify the previous performance rights already approved. They also don’t convert to until milestones are achieved and the directors deliver for shareholders.
I’ve been a holder for a long time here and I’m really excited about the company’s new direction.
