Still think they shouldnt be disclosing it after the fact, we should have been notified prior to, as not doing so is misleading, their duty is to the shareholders. If they choose to side with a minority share holder, yest PLL is a minority because they only owned 9% then that would deem them in breach of their duty to 91% of shareholders.
