As far as I can see TrendzLSE's question was never answered-we got a bit side tracked on talking about other things.
So what is the answer? There seems to be some deal being negotiated at the moment but there are no details about what it might be or when it might happen, and who knows whether it will boost the NAV/SP. Anyone have any reliable info they want to share?
Cobre could come up trumps according to the Hallgarten report. If, and it's a big "if", CBE hits 44c, by my arithmetic that would add 7p (not c) to Strata's NAV but how much of that would make it into the SPis anybody's guess.
As far as I can see the only other catalyst would be a revaluation of the uncapped SFR royalties. Anyone (BT1?) have any ideas on that ?
