What a disaster this take under of BSG has turned out to be.

If we recall there was pretty much no takeover premium because it was called a "merger" and any shareholders who accepted and are still holding have lost a significant percentage of their investment since then, despite gold and silver rising to nominal records.

Couer had been a poor stockmarket performer, and so it has continued. Management expenses were high and continue to be very high.

Personally the security investors have over their US listed shares is not as good imo as using the Chess system.

So if I was holding CXC here on Chess I'd be bailing out.

Some time ago I checked an online broker who began offering us the ability to trade US and North American shares. I read the disclaimers and risks and recoiled in horror.

Basically, on my understanding, it was even possible for me to lose my investment if the overseas broker being used went bust. Suddenly my unencumbered shares could become collateral.

No wonder Jim Sinclair some time ago told investors in gold shares to take physical possession of their company's share certificates when it was still possible to obtain share certificates.

Anyway, don't take my word for it. It is up to you to DYOR and thoroughly check the security you have over your shares, any risk factors to that security, and how you can trade them should you wish to continue holding CXC.
