But in all seriousness. We know why the Greenland public disliked ETM. It's concern over uranium.But what perplexes me is. Why do the people hate other mines. We can see from the survey that 95% of people either say they don't trust or haven't been told enough to decide on whether they can trust an nearby mine.




Now with this be because Greenlandic people distrust all mines? Or does this particular mine evoke strong objectional feelings and disdain from the community for other reasons. Given it claims it has no uranium. But tabloids and its company rep says it does. is that why the community object to the project? Because it doesnt trust the mining companys statements?



.If the people hated all mines. It would make more sense that ETMs uranium isn't such a big problem after all.
Its just the peoples attitude to mining itself perhaps. If this other mine isnt doing wrong and showing they cant be trusted.
