2. I am not talking about companies opening up data rooms - I am talking about companies saying to the market that they are fielding change of control transactions . The data room process itself is not what I am talking about
3 the third point around opening bid I agree with 25-26 but it’s the last bid that matters and that would be mid 30s plus IMO
as Shistonsou says - price is one thing but leverage to price is another a 10c SP jump on a 200k share holding vs say a 5 m holding is a whole different story.
