does anybody out have a clue as to how many shareholders ctp had before capital raising`s cut off period ?
and
how on earth can i obtain that info?
because
if we know the no of participants and split the leftover shares, then we can get an idea of the size of jh`s present.

like will2rob wrote the max of shares they can issue without shareholder approval is 270 million
they already gave pattersons 75 million
that leaves 195 million for us
now
the only way to get the full allocation( $15000) is
if there are only 1118 eligible shareholders
so
2000 shareholders = $8385 = 97500 shares
3000 " = $5590 = 65000 "
4000 " = $4192 = 48777 "
5000 " = $3554 = 41325 "
6000 " = $2795 = 32500 "
7000 " = $2538 = 29511 "
8000 " = $2096 = 24372 "

well.....what will it be?

if there are 8000 shareholders
and they all take on their rights
at he moment jh`s present is around $290
and if like last time the so called sophisticated investors
start dumping their lot
then it`s like i have seen this movie before
also wonder if anybody knows as to when they going to get their hands on the new shares?
