RWD had done a lot more than so many rising stars. It has passed its prime a few years ago. Unfortunately, the Lake Disappointment become real disappointing, and people naturally cast doubts on Lake Mackey and other projects or the management's capability.
Nevertheless, I hope it did not advance Lake Mackey project any further to avoid another Disappointment. It will give some room for people to speculate.
I might add some position anywhere between 35c to 50c, or do nothing. And be patient.
