    Maybe because of the "No certainty of a deal"...!!

    For example: satisfaction with the due diligence, regulatory approvals, and CSR shareholder approval, etc.
    Always room for a buffer between now and the offer price. Imagine the deal didn't go through, the price will fall back to $6-7. If you're the investor throwing in a million dollars and buying at $8.37, how would that make you feel? Always a risk to be considered !!

    special dividends + premium price as I expected before the news came out yesterday. Happy with the outcome. Just wait and see then..
