Posters who are aware on my stance on Musk and by extension Tesla would not be surprised at my take: Don't bet on it. Incompetent micromanaging and yes-man culture bubbles down (see Twitter, now X as the most blatant example of incompetence on show). Why would you expect someone like that to recognise value, and therefore, his subordinates? By extension the FSD that was touted as coming next year... Last year. Rinse and repeat. Mercedes has achieved a higher "level" of autonomous driving so why do we care about Tesla so much on this front?

A company that sells more cars than Tesla, that is actually growing as a company while Tesla is shrinking.
