It appears the ASX has decided that the data that it must report and make public in line with Australian Corporations Act and Regulations is only public directly from their source and they have blocked remote access to and formatting of this data via others including https://bizpep.com/shortsales/ and possibly 61financial.com.au using Incapsula. At the moment daily gross short sales data can still be accessed directly from https://www.asx.com.au/data/shortsell.txt
