There is no way,in my view,the Solomons and their allies, are going to let this company go under.They have too much invested in it,not only in money, but in reputation.As I've said before,if necessary,they will take the company private.Sixty plus % ownership,if not more, is within their grasp if they,as Noble Energy,' take the loan interest in shares.

Last sentence, I would assume they can only call in the interest component of the loan owing to them as the loan itself is unsecured.
Still at this stage as a shareholder I would like to see some evidence of sound fundamentals moving forward.
