Big day today. Haven't heard the Ann re divvy but, given its 95% insider owned, they're basically paying themselves a fat 18% dividend. Why would anyone in the remaining 5% not want to be in on it?
chart shows sp highs n lows so if you just sit on it, it's a great yield stock.
