it wont get to courts. if ama are clever they drop it now. its an unwinable distraction
the snake wearing two hats should never have happened and as I understand it , he asked for 4 mill to set up the smart loan and andy objected and they settled at 2 mill. then the snake sort revenge rather than accepting justice and as you say, the rest is history.
