I would have thought they are giving ALL shareholders a chance to participate. If you are already a shareholder and missed out you would be complaining and so it is only fair and reasonable to get a chance to participate in the great growth story that is unfolding. I am sure they are working hard in the background to tie up those kaolin contracts so we finally can start making the $$$
