Spid my point is prior to his departure funds were loaned and no dilution which benifited all share holders. But it would of been easier for the board to say we are spearing you, how do we go about removing you as a shareholder.But according to another poster he was in hospital. One cannot blame him having spent years building Tormin to dump his shares the way he did. Anyway we will move on.
