I think any insider trading was what occurred from Feb 02 up until the TH on Feb 15.
8 down days with above av volume on no news until the TH.
Maybe a few insiders forward selling in that mix ?
That price action combined with the lack of info in the SPP booklet regarding the current status of the CDP is not a good look.
