Growing Costs are going to keep this in the negative, i still don't see it being cash flow positive in the next 5 years if it survives that long. Costs need to be cut.
The ASX isn't suppressed everyone is just moving funds into property, it's a better investment.
Just wait until Super Funds start following. ASX is going to get wiped out.
