Yep at this end of the penny dreadful sector, anything goes.
Shame really but when directors issue hundreds of millions of shares to so called "sophisticated investors" at 0.003, well that sure ensure two things in my opinion -
Huge dilution for existing shareholders and a share price just above the 0.003 share issue price and that is exactly what we are seeing ?
