“Deploy capital up to $400 mil under current operational capacity”
Did N1H just gain access to $245mil additional funding? Or is it just being able to access that additional amount through collaboration with other brokers. If this is their own lending capacity increasing, this is massive news.
It’s the only market sensitive information that I can take from the presentation. Unless they’re counting the financial performance, which was already included in the HY report.
