Ruffy only managed to acquire 118,090 shares in the four trading days from February 19 to February 22 (inclusive).
It's great to see such a low rate of acceptances, particularly in light of the additional Letter to Shareholders issued on the morning of February 21 in an attempt to scare remaining holders into accepting the offer.
