APT encourages indebted consumers to get into more debt. Not a great business model in a high interest rate & high inflationary environment. Especially if the unemployment rate starts to go up as well. You can't pay any debts back if you lose your job.
Businesses need to improve their cash flow by reclaiming back VAT. That's where W2V comes in.
It's got nothing to do with tax returns.
