dont fall for the dividend trap i say! and dont rely too much on your ratios! haven't you heard the saying that you buy commodities stocks when their PE's are high..... why? the low earnings show we're in the bottom of the commodity cycle! so youre waiting for NHC's EV/EBITDA to drop to 3 or lower before you buy but that's exactly when the smart money would be selling.... much to learn you still have young apprentice!
