interview 101: never accept any requests of recorded interview from any media outlets.
with recorded interviews, the process can go up to 3-4 hours and you will be asked with the same questions again and again and again until you lost your temper (and sanity). instead, do a live interview. interviewers would only have an hour and the output will show everything (good and bad) uncut.
interview 202: never ask any part of the interview to be deleted/removed from the public view.

Journos are trained and paid to produce grilling questions. its their bread and butter.
