Some are in denial of a world wide recovery going on right under their noses that will lift all boats. Market expectations are starting to align with fed easing expectations and soon we might see the trillions coming in that is sitting on the sidelines. I think that governments act in unison and now see China, Europe and NA returning to growth. Not a coincidence.
