?Within the Agreement's (public version) was a proviso that the US does not use SILEX to fuel military reactors or produce nuclear weapons with SILEX. Which was also meant to put everyone on notice?
To me It does highlight how advanced tech is used as a bargaining tool to gain leverage for a political outcome.............even if it considered in the interests of global balance of power .............why would I think MST be treated any different ............may help to explain spodyers and our frustration to date somewhat.
