Has anyone had any experience transferring the bonus options to another person?
My (20 something) niece holds the bonus options and doesn’t want to exercise them. She said she will give them to me for free. I tried to educate her on the value of the bonus and piggies, but there doesn’t seem to be any interest. Not all ASX share investors are willing to learn about or be bothered with options, even thought it is free. I suspect many other holders as similar to my niece.
@Davisite - getting awareness and education out about the value of the options will not come soon enough. Will be a shame if the original loyal holders of the options don’t take full value out of it due to lack of knowledge or apathy. Also, it will be an additional cost to Race if you need to find an underwriter for potential shortfall.
