It's hesitating here right on the convergence between the SMA100,200 and 300 ... feels to me when it clears this its released and the radar of the TA'ers will pick it up. Was half expecting this today but perhaps VPE runs a little more before the profits from there get redirected into ITC. So perhaps the day after VPE finishes its run ITC has one.
