I prefer remanaging so enables new goldie start ups or merge where slr the big fish eating another. I am finding it hard getting over Reds debt & hedging and lower grade ore, lack of cash and as slr may get Canada sold & more warchest $$$=. I do not believe RED is a better for slr holders and need convincing otherwise. I believe RED's management do way better corporate than impotent slr execs=.
