It's pretty gobsmacking to miss that the average car in oz does very little milage a day and that they all go to sleep somewhere at night and that's where all the private ones will power up - unless someone lives in poverty - in an apartment with no car park - in which case, they will probably have a public parking area for powering up whilst parked

that's what you get here in medieval cities and the like ------ I doubt if Oz will be inventing any new wheels.
