- 20000 shareholders are waiting to access multi billions of funds.
- Potential class action (although seems to have gone quiet) if he doesn't deliver.
- And the big one, a $50,000,000 increase in his networth if he can secure even $1 per share for an ultra pure ore body that could have a century long life of mine.

You can chuck a tantrum every time you not updated on what Nigel had for lunch, but I think the incentives are there for him to get a result.
