Most trump supporters like neither democrats or republicans as they are 2 sides of the same coin. Their arguments are theatre and nearly all are compromised through either taking bribes or immoral acts.
If they absolutely had no choice they would probably side more with the republicans because at least they aren't as aggressive in pursuing the batshit crazy policies of an open border/sanctuary cities, the systemic racism/DEI rubbish, heavy taxation and control measures because of the "climate crisis", they don't engage in lawfare (attempting to lock up their political opponents with dreamt up charges), they don't push the "gender affirming" surgeries for children etc but they know the republicans don't really care about America, only what they can get from it.
I look forward in coming back and revisiting this in early 2025 when Trump restores world order and gets the world economy back on track, when saner heads prevail. You'll pretend to be upset but deep down you'll be relieved that the adults are back in charge.
