1. The Company is not aware of any information which has not been announced, which, if known, could provide an explanation for the recent increase in price and increase in the volume of securities traded recently. However, please refer to Question 3 below.

The Company considers that the market has taken, and continues to hold a positive view of the Companys announcement on 6 September 2010, and update on 27 September 2010, advising of a A$3.2m subscription agreement with China Metallurgical Investment Limited (CMI), where CMI will provide funding over an expected 18 month period to the Company (see www.capitalmining.com.au/Announcements
