I hope it gives you some relief, it’s given me a lot, taken the wild swings away and my terrible sleep habit is slowly improving. I know of another who is getting good results with it. The interesting thing to me about that article straight up is that it’s said by specialists that 1 in 5 people will suffer depression in their life and as the article says, 1 in 5 have the mutation in the MTHFR gene, I’d love to know the crossover figure on those two groups. The article is dated 2015 so I’d also like to see an update on the science they discuss. I’d found Berocca was helpful but a tablet with the following all activated B2, B6, B9(folinic acid) and B12 so far seems like a solution for me. To paraphrase the article - the proofs in the pudding, It might not work for everyone. Geezus I’d tried bloody everything, self medicating with nicotine and sugar mostly and trying to keep a lid on those things. Have known and know of people who had everything and every reason to be happy and yet we’re miserable and who took their own lives having tried, like the woman in the article, to find an answer and yet could find none. Heard people describe them as selfish, truly not understanding what they were saying. I was finding things were getting worse with time, depression/anxiety are civilised sounding words but those things are more violent in the brain then people might imagine. Of all things I actually feel mildly bored now, prob through not having to reason with myself 24/7. I hope it works for you JoJo, good luck.
