I am also of the belief that this SPP is probably PD's last 'gift' to faithful shareholders. It will come in at a low price and those who takes up the SPP should benefit considering what is to come. Just a successful FDA approval would double their SPP price easily. And then naturally, after the approval, deals will come in thick and thin from the US. Which is why another CR would be necessary to expand the team to service this increased demand.
