Let's face it, this hasn't been a "merger" in the conventional sense where you might expect bringing together people from two companies with complementary expertise, or detailed knowledge of Vanadium mining/processing. The people who were at TMT have mostly gone, either sacked or wandered off, and the AVL people structures remained largely intact. Like David English, I see Carmen Letton has gone elsewhere, and Elisha Civil has dropped off the radar entirely. And what became of Fry and Soona ? No, it's just been a grab of TMT's assets by AVL, funded by an absolutely massive share dilution of a biblical scale. What a farce.
