WOW, I never knew that the DoD and Pentagon were run by State jurisdiction not Federal !!! (note the Caps)
ARR licensing is under state durisdiction/ not federal
also has DOD (look that up ) support and pentagon involved
Unfortunately for all mining companies, it is now the Courts that control American policy, not the Legislature !
