Hi TPD value prior STX takeover was 18c to 20c.
No production yet from Waylering.
With production from Waylering TPD was conservatively at 21 to 22c. Then there is W7 not accounted for, Mongolia and other temanents.
Conversion .4828 = STX share price around 41 - 42 cents conservatively.
STX share price less than 2 months later 21.5 cents, major asset may be worthless (And I hope not)
TPD shareholders have not been looked after and ripped off. There was no due diligence done by TPD of STX, our board did not look after us. Now maybe something may or maybe not would have been discovered, but to my knowledge TPD board did not undertake a process.
This has to be close to negligence.
